An international team with a broad diversity of professional backgrounds in key sectors


Camille is a consultant in the Innovation Strategy business line. She carries out strategic marketing studies, conducts analyses of technological systems and value chains, evaluates innovation potential and assists our clients and partners with technology transfer and roadmapping activities in high-tech and scientific sectors.

Prior to joining LGI in 2014, Camille worked for the international chemical group, Solvay, performing market studies and providing recommendations on growth opportunities as well as elaborating value chain analyses. She also worked at CEA, the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission, in research and development and at Trinity College Dublin performing laboratory research.

She holds a master’s degree in intelligence marketing from the French business school HEC and a chemical engineering degree from the Dublin City University and ENSIACET.

Camille Auriault

Innovation Strategist

Nicolas has been with us since 2008, and is in charge of IT activities. He has more than 10 years of experience conceiving and developing business applications. He has coordinated the implementation of several web services dedicated to the management of collaborative projects, and is knowledgeable with applicable procedures with regards to IT and quality processes. He has also setup online communication portals with the main content management systems (CMS) on the market for a number of R&D projects under the European Commission’s FP7 Programme.

Nicolas conceives user-friendly applications, comprehends the needs of our clients and translates them into simple, functional, compatible applications while taking into account most stringent IT security requirements.

Nicolas Bihel

I.T Hero

Eva joined LGI in 2012. As the Innovation Strategy Business Unit Manager, she is in charge of innovation projects and conducting in-depth studies in the environment, green building, energy and transport fields. She has more than 6 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors in Spain, France and the United States.

Before joining the company, Eva worked for the International Department of Ayesa where she contributed to the international business development of the engineering firm in South America, Africa and Asia. Previously she worked at the Trade Commission of Spain in Chicago where she assessed Spanish companies entering the US market (cost-benefit analysis, market penetration strategy and business modelling). She began her career with Accenture, Madrid, collaborating on the conception of a CRM for Telefonica.

Eva has an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, majoring in construction and industrial systems and a master’s degree in international business management.

Eva Boo

Chief Innovation Officer

Vincent co-founded LGI Consulting in 2005, and is the current CEO of the company. He is involved as a managing consultant in several projects mostly in the energy, transport, IT and security sectors.

Several years as a child in the US marked his first international experience. He started his career in the IT sector in Paris as analyst in geographical information systems (GIS) for urban planning applications. He then moved to Argentina in 1998 as a project manager in the environment industry, in the Suez group (now Engie).

Since 2001 he is a business consultant and has been involved in dozens of consultancy assignments in several sectors. In particular he has developed and managed a number of innovation projects in Europe, essentially in the energy and security industries.

Vincent graduated in 1997 from one of the leading French chartered engineering school (AgroParisTech), complemented by continuing education courses at HEC, France’s no.1 business school.

Vincent Chauvet


As LGI’s communication officer, Chloe is in charge of the company’s public communication activities. She is also a consultant and manages the Communications & Design business line, working closely with clients and partners to define, coordinate and implement corporate and project communication strategies, plans and activities. Her work covers online, print and multimedia communication as well as event management and planning.

Chloe has a background in the energy and space sectors. Prior to joining LGI in 2012, she spent five years working in corporate communications at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands and France and has conducted communications research in the energy sector in the United States.

Chloe Chavardes

Head of Communications & Design

Bastien joined LGI in 2008. Since then, he has taken the responsibility of the Management Consulting business line and has worked as a senior consultant on several FP7 European projects. He is also the Deputy General Manager of LGI.

Prior to LGI he worked in the process management team at France Telecom in Argentina and was project and team manager for SAGEM (now Safran) in France and China for seven years.  Bastien has a chartered engineering background in telecommunications with a degree from the Ecole nationale supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne.

Bastien Duplantier


Fabien joined LGI in 2009 as an analyst-developer for websites, software and applications in the Digital Solutions team. He supports the company’s internal development activities and develops web tools and applications for our clients.

He has been involved in the development of LGI’s collaborative software, including the workflow application for collaborative projects, the open innovation platform and the web application for event management.

Fabien graduated from the Institut Informatique et Entreprise (IIE) in Lille.

Fabien Fruleux

I.T Hero

Martin joined LGI in 2010. As a senior consultant in the energy, environment, security, transport and other high-tech sectors, he provides consultancy and management services for public and private customers, or within international research & innovation projects. He is involved in projects developing innovative business models and defining appropriate strategies for exploitation and intellectual property protection.

Martin holds degrees in economics (MSc) and law (MPhil) from the Czech Republic and in international law (master’s degree – DEA) from Spain. He started his career in municipal infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain. In 2008 he moved to Brussels and worked on transport legislation for the European Commission and at the Czech Permanent Representation during the French and Czech Presidencies of the EU.

Martin Pecanka

Senior Project Manager

Motu officially joined us in 2017 and supports the company’s public communication activities. As part of the Communications & Design business line, she is involved in the definition and implementation of corporate and project communication strategies, plans and activities.

She holds a Master’s degree in international security with a specialisation on diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris. She also has a degree in international relations from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. She has educational and professional background in Communications, Public Relations and Diplomacy. Prior to LGI, she worked in public relations and communications for organizations in France.

Motunrayo Shafau

Outreach Designer

Suzi joined LGI’s Innovation Strategy Business Unit in 2016. She has previously worked with UNCTAD on sustainability topics related to corporate social responsibility, and advised the OECD on its COP21 communication strategy. Prior to that she was an award-winning journalist in China, where she produced and hosted a news show for the nation’s first independent TV network.

Suzi holds a Master of International Development focusing on Development Planning and Environmental Sustainability from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration for International Organizations from the University of Geneva. She received her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying Journalism and Mass Communication as well as International Studies, with a Chinese minor. Go Heels!

Suzi Maurice

Innovation Strategist

Esti has more than seven years of experience in the field of renewable energies and building energy efficiency in Spain, France and Australia. Before joining LGI Esti worked at the Energy Cluster Association of the Basque Country developing European innovation projects and coordinating cooperation actions to support the internationalisation of Basque companies in the field of renewable energies and green mobility. Previously, she undertook scientific research at the joint laboratory EDF R&D – INSA - “Bâtiments Haute Efficacité Énergétique” in Lyon and at the University of New South Wales in Sydney where she contributed to the future development of PV– integrated double skin facades.

Esti holds a PhD in thermal engineering and an MSc in Industrial Engineering, majoring in renewable energy systems.

Esti Sanvicente

Innovation Strategist

Mathilde joined LGI in 2017 and supports the activities of the Communications & Design business line. She prepares a variety of digital content for different European H2020 projects related to the nuclear energy field. Prior to LGI, she spent three years studying and working in Madrid as a freelance French-speaking journalist. She mainly published articles ranging from sustainable development to climate change issues. She also developed a social media communication plan for Enresa, the Spanish national company in charge of processing radioactive wastes.

She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Communication and Journalism from Carlos III University (Madrid), and a master’s degree in International Relations from Macquarie University (Sydney).

Mathilde Bazin-Retours

Outreach Designer

Niclette joined LGI in 2017. She studied Sociology and International Development Studies in Brussels. She completed her education with a Master on International Project Management in Paris.

Before LGI, she worked for NGOs in Togo for several months and then she started to work on european projects. She supported the coordination of EU funded TEMPUS projects. Then she managed several research projects within the FP7 and H2020 program at the University Paris Descartes.

At LGI she will be part of the BU Management, dealing with several H2020 projects.

Niclette Bukasa Kampata

Project Manager

Gilles joined us in September as a project manager. He is involved in the management of European Research Platforms on nuclear energy and several European projects on sustainable energy.

Gilles holds degrees in European Affairs (MA) and Risk Management (Msc) from Sciences Po Rennes. After several jobs related to Public Affairs and Advocacy Work in the West Bank, India and in Brussels, Gilles worked one year for IRSN (The National Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety) in the International Affairs division. In the frame of this work, he participated to the management of European nuclear projects including H2020, interest groups in safety and Radiological protection.

Gilles Queneherve

Project Manager

Gábor is a Project Manager in the Management Business line. He develops and manages research projects and assists our clients to ensure seamless cooperation.

Prior to joining LGI in 2017, Gábor worked for the Budapest University of Technology and Economics as a researcher and lecturer, performing analyses in the fields of energy management, sustainable transportation and renewable energy sources. He also worked at the Institute for Transport Sciences, Road Safety Division.

He holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a PhD in sustainable transportation.

Gábor Szendrő

Project Manager

Flora has joined LGI Consulting since September 2017 as an Administrative and Financial Officer.  She carries out the administrative and financial tasks of the projects and the clusters managed by LGI.

Prior to this position, Flora was a project officer in an NGO, implementing European-funded projects in the field of adult education, through the Erasmus+ programme.

Flora holds a master degree in international relations from Sciences Po Toulouse.

Flora Errecart

Project Manager

Ellie joined the LGI team in July 2018 as Junior Communications Associate. She supports the company’s public communication and dissemination activities. As part of the Communications & Design unit, she is involved in the definition and implementation of corporate and project communication strategies, plans and activities.

Prior to LGI, she worked as a Communication Associate for a European agency specialized in scientific EU projects. Ellie holds a Master’s degree in International Global Communications from ISCOM Paris.

Ellie Dana

Outreach Designer

Emmanuelle is our Chief Admin Officer. She has been involved in accounting and financial administration in SMEs for more than 17 years in France and Italy.

She deals with the financial and HR administration, manages budgets and is in charge of LGI’s accounting. She is also responsible for the organisation of events such as meetings, seminars or conferences dealing with all the aspects from the logistics to the management of subcontractors for communication and marketing.

Before joining back LGI in 2018, Emmanuelle was an Office Manager in a R&D company specialised in innovative medical devices for 4 years. She has worked in various sectors such as Retail, software publishing, project management training & healthcare R&D. She has always worked in a multicultural and European environment.

Emmanuelle Jore

Chief Administrative Officer

Cosima joined LGI in 2019 as a Junior Consultant in the Innovation Strategy Business Unit. She carries out strategic studies and analysis in the circular economy and climate change mitigation sector.

Cosima has worked on urban governance, inclusion and sustainability in France, Italy, Argentina and the United States. Prior to joining LGI, she worked for URBACT Italy, the Italian branch of the European sustainable urban development programme, and for LabGov, a research and policy lab based in Rome, experimenting innovative models of collaborative urban governance.  Previously, she spent a semester in Buenos Aires, Argentina, conducting fieldwork for her Master’s thesis on the organisation of informal waste pickers.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (SciencesPo Paris/University of Texas at Austin), and a Master’s degree in urban sociology (“Governing the Large Metropolis”, Urban School, SciencesPo Paris).

Cosima Malandrino

Trend Watcher

Delphine combines three years of proven record in the management of international collaborative R&D projects.

She joined LGI in February 2019 as project manager. Prior to that, she worked at CEA to support the operational, strategic and financial monitoring of three EU funded projects (MAGENTA; COSMICS; 3eFERRO). Her project portfolio also includes INSPIRE, a MSCA-Cofund project, coordinated by Paris Diderot University.

She holds degrees in economics and project management from University of Strasbourg, both with a strong focus in innovation.

Delphine Meyer

Project Manager

Luc joined LGI’s Strategy and Innovation unit in 2019 as Junior Consultant. His work focuses on tackling challenges confronted by the transport sector as well as on strategies to shift toward a circular economy.

He has more than two years of experience working in local development in projects based in Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia. Interacting with experts and partners, his analysis is based on thorough research and personal knowledge of political, economic, social and environmental realities. He gained his skills by working in international organizations, urban agencies and programs promoting local citizen initiatives.

He studied Political Science and Sociology at Sciences Po Paris and the University of Salamanca and has a Masters’ degree in Urban Management from Sciences Po.

Luc Berman

Trend Watcher

As a consultant in the Innovation Strategy Business Unit, Sertaç carries out techno-economic and strategic studies, particularly in the nuclear energy sector. Previously, he carried out consulting and engineering services covering the entire life-cycle of nuclear energy and secured contracts specifically from European major competitive tenders.

During his five years of experience, he provided technical and strategic insights for experts and policy makers on various aspects of nuclear energy and its fuel cycle, covering economics, socio-political aspects and environmental issues. While he acquired some key competences to concert the nuclear renaissance, he’s also able to maximize business opportunities for growth.

He graduated from the EIT InnoEnergy programme with master’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and in Nuclear Energy from École des Ponts ParisTech, majoring in decommissioning and radioactive waste management.

Sertaç Erim

Innovation Strategist

Passionate about scaling nature-based solutions to climate change, Joanne recently joined LGI’s Innovation and Strategy Business Unit as Sustainable Innovation Strategist. She leverages her 5 years of past experience as an entrepreneur, consultant and business developer in sustainability and climate change, and 7 years as project manager in the airline industry. Through her social enterprise OpenTeam, she developed a multi-stakeholder platform for the COP21 French Presidency, designed and facilitated peer learning and acceleration programs to replicate climate solutions at  a large scale, and gained accreditation to join as a speaker and civil society representative at the COPs. She also led consulting and business development missions for sustainability NGOs and SMEs, to support their strategic development and international expansion. Her favorite topics include agroecology, carbon sequestration, oceans, circular economy and knowledge management.

Prior to this, Joanne steered cross-airline synergy projects in the IT domain as project manager and product owner. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a French Telecommunication Engineering Degree from IMT (préviously INT Télécom). She is an active in climate consortiums (4 per 1000, Regeneration International) and sustainability alumni clubs (INSEAD Business & Society, YESS Alumni).

Joanne Schante

Innovation Strategist

Sam joined LGI in September 2019 as a Junior Consultant in the Innovation Strategy Business Unit. He conducts strategic studies and analyses of new technologies related to circular economy and renewable energies.

Sam has experience working on urban policy and governance in both France and the United States. He previously worked with the New York City Council on constituent relations, housing policy and participatory budgeting. Sam has also worked with OpenDataSoft to design an open data library related to transportation in Bogota. Then prior to joining LGI, he was a policy analysis trainee at the OECD, where he drafted reports on global events and municipal innovation.

He holds bachelor’s degrees from Sciences Po Paris in social science and from Columbia University in urban studies. He also has a master’s degree in urban governance from Sciences Po Paris.
