An international team with a broad diversity of professional backgrounds in key sectors


Camille is a consultant in the Innovation Strategy business line. She carries out strategic marketing studies, conducts analyses of technological systems and value chains, evaluates innovation potential and assists our clients and partners with technology transfer and roadmapping activities in high-tech and scientific sectors.

Prior to joining LGI in 2014, Camille worked for the international chemical group, Solvay, performing market studies and providing recommendations on growth opportunities as well as elaborating value chain analyses. She also worked at CEA, the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission, in research and development and at Trinity College Dublin performing laboratory research.

She holds a master’s degree in intelligence marketing from the French business school HEC and a chemical engineering degree from the Dublin City University and ENSIACET.

Camille Auriault


François joined us in 2015 as a consultant in the Strategy and Innovation business line. He carries out market studies and policy analysis, in particular in the water and climate mitigation and adaptation sectors.

Prior to LGI, he worked for Greenflex developing sustainable strategies for industries and participating in various energy audits and environmental labeling programmes for buildings (HQE, LEED). He also worked at the French Ministry of Environment, Energy and the Sea where he assured the national deployment of a tool for better management of rainwater.

François has a general engineering degree from EPF, School of Engineering with a specialisation in environmental engineering and innovation. He completed his education with a Master of Science and Environmental Policy at Sciences Po Paris and the Pierre and Marie Curie University.

François Aze


Nicolas has been with us since 2008, and is in charge of IT activities. He has more than 10 years of experience conceiving and developing business applications. He has coordinated the implementation of several web services dedicated to the management of collaborative projects, and is knowledgeable with applicable procedures with regards to IT and quality processes. He has also setup online communication portals with the main content management systems (CMS) on the market for a number of R&D projects under the European Commission’s FP7 Programme.

Nicolas conceives user-friendly applications, comprehends the needs of our clients and translates them into simple, functional, compatible applications while taking into account most stringent IT security requirements.

Nicolas Bihel

Digital Solutions Manager

Eva joined LGI in 2012. As the Innovation Strategy Business Unit Manager, she is in charge of innovation projects and conducting in-depth studies in the environment, green building, energy and transport fields. She has more than 6 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors in Spain, France and the United States.

Before joining the company, Eva worked for the International Department of Ayesa where she contributed to the international business development of the engineering firm in South America, Africa and Asia. Previously she worked at the Trade Commission of Spain in Chicago where she assessed Spanish companies entering the US market (cost-benefit analysis, market penetration strategy and business modelling). She began her career with Accenture, Madrid, collaborating on the conception of a CRM for Telefonica.

Eva has an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, majoring in construction and industrial systems and a master’s degree in international business management.

Eva Boo

Business Unit Manager, Innovation Strategy

Vincent co-founded LGI Consulting in 2005, and is the current CEO of the company. He is involved as a managing consultant in several projects mostly in the energy, transport, IT and security sectors.

Several years as a child in the US marked his first international experience. He started his career in the IT sector in Paris as analyst in geographical information systems (GIS) for urban planning applications. He then moved to Argentina in 1998 as a project manager in the environment industry, in the Suez group (now Engie).

Since 2001 he is a business consultant and has been involved in dozens of consultancy assignments in several sectors. In particular he has developed and managed a number of innovation projects in Europe, essentially in the energy and security industries.

Vincent graduated in 1997 from one of the leading French chartered engineering school (AgroParisTech), complemented by continuing education courses at HEC, France’s no.1 business school.

Vincent Chauvet


As LGI’s communication officer, Chloe is in charge of the company’s public communication activities. She is also a consultant and manages the Communications & Design business line, working closely with clients and partners to define, coordinate and implement corporate and project communication strategies, plans and activities. Her work covers online, print and multimedia communication as well as event management and planning.

Chloe has a background in the energy and space sectors. Prior to joining LGI in 2012, she spent five years working in corporate communications at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands and France and has conducted communications research in the energy sector in the United States.

Chloe Chavardes

Communications Consultant

Eve joined LGI in 2013 as a consultant in the Innovation Strategy business line. She is part of the team working on a European innovative project on buildings’ energy efficiency, after acquiring related experience in Ireland, at University College Cork’s Cleaner Production Promotion Unit.

She holds a master level degree in agricultural engineering in which she specialised in Political Sciences, Ecology and Strategy at AgroParisTech. She completed her academic background during her stay at the UCC where she conducted research on environmental policy integration and the multi-level perspective for sustainable transitions management.

Eve Dallamaggiore

Eve Dallamaggiore


Bastien joined LGI in 2008. Since then, he has taken the responsibility of the Management Consulting business line and has worked as a senior consultant on several FP7 European projects. He is also the Deputy General Manager of LGI.

Prior to LGI he worked in the process management team at France Telecom in Argentina and was project and team manager for SAGEM (now Safran) in France and China for seven years.  Bastien has a chartered engineering background in telecommunications with a degree from the Ecole nationale supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne.

Bastien Duplantier

Deputy Manager

Fabien joined LGI in 2009 as an analyst-developer for websites, software and applications in the Digital Solutions team. He supports the company’s internal development activities and develops web tools and applications for our clients.

He has been involved in the development of LGI’s collaborative software, including the workflow application for collaborative projects, the open innovation platform and the web application for event management.

Fabien graduated from the Institut Informatique et Entreprise (IIE) in Lille.

Fabien Fruleux


Patricia joined LGI in 2012 as project manager. She has extensive experience in managing large collaborative R&D projects and in project proposal writing for European and national grants, including FP6, FP7, CIP-IEE, FCH-JU, CleanSky, ENIAC, ANR, FUI, Investissements d’Avenir… At LGI, Patricia develops and manages several EU-funded collaborative projects.

Prior to LGI she has worked for a major international consultancy firm and for complex European projects with international partners. She has also coordinated a European network of excellence at scientific and administrative level at the Ecole des Mines in Paris. She started her career as a researcher in chemistry for the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Her experiences allow her to quickly understand the language and needs of researchers, in particular concerning the valorisation of innovation in projects.

She has worked with industrial as well as academic clients in a wide range of areas, including chemistry, ICT, transport, security and energy.

Patricia holds a PhD in organic chemistry and an MBA.

Patricia Ho-Hune

Project Manager

With LGI since 2014, Kaoutar is our Office Manager. She has been involved in accounting and financial administration in SMEs for more than 10 years in France and the UK.

She deals with the administration of European contracts, manages budgets and is in charge of LGI’s accounting. She is also responsible for the organisation of events such as meetings, seminars or conferences dealing with all the aspects from the logistics to the management of subcontractors for communication and marketing.

Kaoutar was previously Office Manager in a company specialised in smart creation of technology solutions. She has worked in various sectors such as health, IT, industry and chemistry and has always worked in a multicultural and European environment.

Office Manager

Soraya is a junior consultant in the Innovation and Strategy business line. She is part of the team working on European projects that focus on smart cities and new business models.

She recently graduated from l’École Polytechnique in France with a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy. She also holds a Materials Engineering Bachelor’s Degree from the Technical University of Madrid. Before joining LGI, she worked at Michigan State University performing laboratory research.

Her experience abroad, six months in the US, and her personal and academic background enables her to work in an international environment.

Soraya Molinero Perez


Martin joined LGI in 2010. As a senior consultant in the energy, environment, security, transport and other high-tech sectors, he provides consultancy and management services for public and private customers, or within international research & innovation projects. He is involved in projects developing innovative business models and defining appropriate strategies for exploitation and intellectual property protection.

Martin holds degrees in economics (MSc) and law (MPhil) from the Czech Republic and in international law (master’s degree – DEA) from Spain. He started his career in municipal infrastructure projects in Valencia, Spain. In 2008 he moved to Brussels and worked on transport legislation for the European Commission and at the Czech Permanent Representation during the French and Czech Presidencies of the EU.

Martin Pecanka

Senior Consultant

Mathieu is a consultant of the Innovation Strategy Business Unit. He carries out strategic studies and analyses of innovative technologies particularly in the energy and water sectors.

He has a background in the aeronautics and energy sectors across France, Germany and China. Prior to joining LGI in 2016, he worked for the Smart Grids department of a French DSO (ENEDIS) where he analysed the technical results of innovative smart grid solutions. Previously he spent three years working on behalf of Airbus, co-managing continuous improvement projects within the system engineer’s department.

He holds a general engineering degree (ICAM, Toulouse) and a power engineering degree (Tsinghua University, Beijing). He completed his education with a post-masters in future energy alternatives (Mines ParisTech, Paris).

Mathieu Salel


Teo joined us in 2015 as a consultant, supporting the management and implementation of European projects in our Management business line. She recently graduated from the University of Paris-Sorbonne with a Professional Master in “Expertise in population and development”. She also holds a master’s degree in management science from the Solvay Brussels School and a bachelor’s degree in economics management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

Prior to LGI she was involved in the FP7 NOPOOR project, coordinated by the French Research Institute for Development. She also worked as a consultant in a communications firm in Paris, as communications officer for the civil society movement GLOBAL CALL TO ACTION AGAINST POVERTY EUROPE and as fundraising manager for ThinkYoung, a think tank based in Brussels.

Teo Virban

Teodora Virban


Daniele joined us in January as a consultant in the Strategy and Innovation business line. She has a background is public policy, trade, social innovation and environment.

Prior to LGI, she worked at REN21 in the production of the Renewables 2016 Global Status Report (GSR), the organization’s flagship publication on the status of renewable energies worldwide. At the OECD, she was responsible for organizing the 4th high level meeting of OECD-LAC Investment Initiative in Lima and for a research on investment trends in the mining sector and infrastructure and transportation policies. She has also garnered advanced field experience in implementing sustainable solutions in South Asia.

Daniele has a degree in political sciences and public administration from the University of Barcelona. She holds a Master’s degree in international public management with a specialisation on environmental management from Sciences Po and a Master’s degree in International Trade from the University of Barcelona.

Daniele Kielmanowicz


Motu officially joined us in March as a consultant and supports the company’s public communication activities. As part of the Communications & Design business line, she is involved in the definition and implementation of corporate and project communication strategies, plans and activities.

She holds a Master’s degree in international security with a specialisation on diplomacy from Sciences Po Paris. She also has a degree in international relations from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. She has educational and professional background in Communications, Public Relations and Diplomacy. Prior to LGI, she worked in public relations and communications for organizations in France.

Motunrayo Shafau


Suzi joined LGI’s Innovation Strategy Business Unit in 2016. She has previously worked with UNCTAD on sustainability topics related to corporate social responsibility, and advised the OECD on its COP21 communication strategy. Prior to that she was an award-winning journalist in China, where she produced and hosted a news show for the nation’s first independent TV network.

Suzi holds a Master of International Development focusing on Development Planning and Environmental Sustainability from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration for International Organizations from the University of Geneva. She received her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying Journalism and Mass Communication as well as International Studies, with a Chinese minor. Go Heels!

Suzi Maurice

Antoine joined LGI in 2016 as a consultant in the Strategy and Innovation business line. He has been involved in various international projects (e.g. market analysis for nuclear cogeneration applications, supply strategy for critical raw materials in Europe and asset management in transport infrastructures).

Antoine has 5 years of professional experience in techno-economic analysis, strategic marketing and project management, mainly in the fields of energy and natural resources. Before joining LGI, he worked at CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission) where he conducted several techno-economic related to the uranium market for the Department for Strategic Analysis. Antoine holds a master’s degree in science and executive engineering from Mines ParisTech, majoring in energy systems and mineral resource management. He also holds a PhD in energy economics from the University of Montpellier, supervised by Pr. Jacques Percebois.

Antoine Monnet

Esti has more than seven years of experience in the field of renewable energies and building energy efficiency in Spain, France and Australia. Before joining LGI Esti worked at the Energy Cluster Association of the Basque Country developing European innovation projects and coordinating cooperation actions to support the internationalisation of Basque companies in the field of renewable energies and green mobility. Previously, she undertook scientific research at the joint laboratory EDF R&D – INSA - “Bâtiments Haute Efficacité Énergétique” in Lyon and at the University of New South Wales in Sydney where she contributed to the future development of PV– integrated double skin facades.

Esti holds a PhD in thermal engineering and an MSc in Industrial Engineering, majoring in renewable energy systems.

Esti BW

Esti Sanvicente

Mathilde joined LGI in 2017 and supports the activities of the Communications & Design business line. She prepares a variety of digital content for different European H2020 projects related to the nuclear energy field. Prior to LGI, she spent three years studying and working in Madrid as a freelance French-speaking journalist. She mainly published articles ranging from sustainable development to climate change issues. She also developed a social media communication plan for Enresa, the Spanish national company in charge of processing radioactive wastes.

She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Communication and Journalism from Carlos III University (Madrid), and a master’s degree in International Relations from Macquarie University (Sydney).

Mathilde Bazin-Retours
