Excellent! It feels great to perform in a motivating and dynamic work atmosphere. In addition to that, the team is really welcoming and friendly.

Niclette is the latest addition to LGI team. She works as a project manager and is responsible for several H2020 collaborative projects. We decided to ask Niclette some questions and get to know her better.

Could you tell us a bit about your background and what attracted you to LGI?

I studied Sociology and International Development Studies in Brussels and completed my education with a Master’s degree in International Project Management in Paris. Before LGI, I worked for NGOs in Togo and also supported the coordination of EU funded TEMPUS project. The renewable energy sector attracted me to LGI. I have always been aware of ecological issues so being a part of LGI brings me a step closer to driving real sustainable impact.

What are you hoping to contribute to LGI?

I hope to contribute a lot with my knowledge and skills in project management. I also look forward to working enthusiastically on the LGI projects I get involved in.

How would you describe your experience with us so far?

Excellent ! I enjoy it a lot. It feels great to perform in a motivating and dynamic work atmosphere. In addition to that, the team is really welcoming and friendly.
